Step 1: Open Your Welcome Email

First, if you don't see your welcome email inside of your main inbox, take a look at updates, promotions and your spam folder.
Another reason you might not see your welcome email is if you bought the program via PayPal and your PayPal account is attached to a email address you don't use. If that's the case, take a look at that inbox. If you'd rather change your email on file so you receive Challenge updates to a different email address, just email info@gshypnosis.com and we'll take care of you.
If you don't see an email from us inside any of your inboxes, one more common hiccup is if your email was entered or spelled incorrectly by even one letter or character, our automated system won't be able to reach you. Reach out to us at info@gshypnosis.com and we'll get you sorted.
Lastly, yahoo, hotmail, and especially AOL email addresses are known to block unknown senders even if it's a legitimate purchase. Within 10-15 minutes of making your purchase if you don't see an email from us at all, email our customer support team info@gshypnosis.com, and we'll take care of you.
Step 2: If You Purchased The "Grace Space Hypnosis" App
Search for "Grace Hypnosis" on your app store or just click one of the buttons below from your mobile device to download the app.
Once you have downloaded the app, log in to your account using your email and password. If your original email/password combination doesn't work, that just means your email has likely been registered for you in the past. But don't worry, accessing your account is simple! Just click "Forgot Password" and follow the easy steps to create a new password, and you'll be all set)
